Roles we're hiring for
Member Experience Coordinator
First touchpoint for new and existing members. Bookings, follow-ups, billing queries, walk-ins. WhatsApp-first, calm under pressure, genuinely care about people.
Content & Social Lead
Owns Instagram, TikTok, and member-story content. Briefs and works with coaches to capture transformation stories. Comfortable with editing on phone-first tools.
Branch Operations Executive
Supports the three branches with scheduling, equipment, member onboarding, and reporting. Spreadsheet-comfortable, detail-oriented, owns the small things.
Bookkeeping & Accounts
Monthly bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliation, GST reporting. SQL/MYOB or similar Malaysian-context experience.
